The I-CE office is located in the historical centre of Utrecht, the Netherlands. The office is near the Dom. 
By public transport:
I-CE is within walking distance from Utrecht Central Station. Exiting Utrecht's central railway station at Hoog Catharijne's Godebaldkwartier, turn to the left after exiting the building with the escalator. Go straight, pass the traffic lights and turn right at the T-junction. Turn left on the first occation and the tower of the Dom can be seen. After passing underneath the Dom turn right, the first on the left is Trans. By car:
Parking can be a challenge if going to the I-CE office by car.
