Bicycle Partnership Program

I-CE fulfills an interface role on cycling inclusive policy development. Within the framework of the Bicycle Partnership Program Capacity building is I-CE's main activity. There are 3 target groups for capacity building: municipalities, civil society organisations and transport planners in general. For each target group we have a specific approach.
